"Hi All,
Thank you very much for your negotiations with my Insurance company which resulted in my claim for storm damage being upheld. Last November 2010, we had a severe leak in the roof of our home which resulted in rain pouring down into the main front bedroom. We were recommended to contact your company insuranceworks.ie by many people who had received efficient, prompt and satisfactory results through your intervention.
Our insurance company were reluctant to cover our claim. They sent out their own assessors who stated on examination of the roof that the leak was as a result of wear and tear. Insuranceworks.ie firstly did a temporary repair and through professional negotiations succeeded in upholding our claim. The roofers did a professional repair job with which we are very happy.

After been away for a week I came back to find that the boiler had leaked from the hotpress, I called their office and the plumber called out and stopped the leak even though it was a Sunday evening. The next morning the Loss Assessor came around and we got the claim up and running, within a couple days the full works started and everything went smoothly. " I have a property rented in Tallaght. My tenant is a builder and decided to hang a shower head in the bathroom. He ended up dropping the drill into the bath causing a crack. Instead of telling me the tenant ignored the crack and continued to use the bath. After a number of days it was apparent that the bath was leaking and by the time I was notified there was evident damage to the ceiling in the kitchen. I rang insuranceworks.ie and they called out to repair the bath and handled the claim. I received an indemnity claim which was enough to replace the bath and tiles and pay insurance works for their remedial work. I only had to sign the claim form and they took care of the rest. I would highly recommend insurance works to all my family and friends. "
